Privacy Notice
This site collects only the information needed to receive private questions, manage beta access, and follow up with people who request it.
Information you may choose to provide
The contact form collects your role, message type, and message. Your name and reply email are optional. Please do not submit student information, school records, diagnoses, medical details, passwords, emergencies, or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Contact submissions are used to review questions, corrections, accessibility concerns, and lesson suggestions. Pillor beta registration collects a required name and email address so Nicole can identify registered testers and send beta feedback requests, safety updates, or release information when the tester consents. Information is not sold, used for advertising, or published publicly.
Pillor private-beta registration
Registering records your name, email address, consent choice, registration dates, and the number of times that email registers for access. Registration unlocks the website download button, but it cannot prevent someone from sharing an APK after downloading it.
Private storage and access
Messages and beta registrations are stored in private owner-only pages restricted to Nicole Pillor. The public cannot browse submissions or tester details. Short-lived, hashed technical identifiers may be used to limit spam; they are not advertising profiles and are periodically removed.
Retention and deletion
Feedback is kept for no longer than 12 months and may be deleted sooner. Beta registration records are kept while the private beta or follow-up relationship remains active. A tester may request deletion or withdraw follow-up consent at any time.

To request deletion of a message or beta registration, or to withdraw follow-up consent, use the contact form and provide the email address used for registration. Do not include sensitive information.
