Formulate a Mint Aloe Cooling Gel

Adults use a separately sourced, commercially prepared alcohol-free peppermint glycerite in a measured, small-batch external product while practicing sanitation, formulation math, labeling, quality control, and consumer safety.

Materials

95 grams plain commercially preserved aloe gel; 5 grams commercially prepared alcohol-free peppermint glycerite; sanitized bowl and spoon; digital scale; funnel or piping bag; sanitized single-user container; batch card; label; gloves.

    Review ingredients, allergies, external-use limits, and batch formula.

    Sanitize the station and tare the bowl on the scale.

    Weigh 95 grams aloe gel and 5 grams peppermint glycerite.

    Fold gently until uniform without whipping in excess air.

    Fill the container, close it, and inspect for leaks or contamination.
